Game of Thrones season 8 spoilers: Jon Snow heartbreaking dilemma revealed in Theon twist?

GAME OF THRONES’ Jon Snow could find himself having to make a heartbreaking dilemma in season eight if his true identity as Aegon Targaryen is revealed and the decision may have already been predicted in a surprise Theon Greyjoy twist.

Game of Thrones may not be returning to television screens until 2019 but that hasn’t stopped fans from trawling through old episodes in search of spoilers.

And one eager fan may has predicted that Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington) could be set to make a devastating decision.

Reddit user Bricek_443 noted that in season seven, Jon told Theon (Alfie Allen) that he doesn’t have to choose between being a Stark or a Greyjoy.

Theon was a ward of Ned Stark (Sean Bean) in season one before he headed off to King’s Landing.

He was then put under the watch of Robb Stark (Richard Madden) before he too left Winterfell to fight against the Lannisters.

Theon then headed back to the Iron Islands where he revealed that he planned to take control of Winterfell.

Unfortunately, his plan failed and he ended up becoming Ramsay Bolton’s (Ewan Rheon) prisoner.

Many of those in the North believed that Theon had Bran (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) and Rickon (Art Parkinson) burned alive.

However it has since been revealed that they were actually alive and Theon redeemed himself by saving Sansa (Sophie Turner) from Ramsay.

He was last seen planning to hunt down his uncle Euron (Pilou Asbaek) and find his sister Yara (Gemma Whelan) was taken hostage.

Now, fans are convinced that Theon will be on hand when Jon learns about his true identity and give the King in the North the same advice.

Jon will no doubt be left conflicted and his true parentage could lead to him being stuck in a heartbreaking dilemma.

Could he find himself having to choose between the Stark’s who he grew up with or his new love Daenerys?

It comes after it was hinted that Daenerys could be set to lose her two dragons.

Euron has been sent to meet with the Golden Company to retrieve things belonging to Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey).

Viewers are convinced that this marks the arrival of the mysterious dragon horn.

The unpredictable device is used to control the mythical creatures, which Daenerys currently has control of.

Could Euron find the dragon horn and hand it over to Cersei?

It certainly looks like fans should be prepared to watch Daenerys suffer another devastating loss.
