TO PREPARE THIS DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY NATURAL BEVERAGE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
- 2 green apples cut in eight pieces
- 1 and a half cup of spinach
- Half a peeled grapefruit
- Ginger (a small piece, preferably)
- 2 (big) stems of celery
