Here are 10 tricks that will help you to remove scratches from your eyeglasses. However, if you have a coating or antiglare tinting on the lenses, these tricks are not of a great help.

In order to remove the scratches, you can use a proper toothpaste, which means, the regular one, without gel, mint or whitening components.
By adding a dab of the toothpaste on a cotton ball you should apply on the scratched lens for 10 seconds and then wash it off. You can repeat it, if necessary.
Glass Cleaner and Dish Soap
Prepare a mixture of a few drops of lemon household cleaner and a few drops of dish soap. Apply it to the lenses in order to eliminate the stains and dirt.
This polish is able to eliminate the dirt and scratches, but make sure to use acetone-free product!
Rub the scratches with a dab of baby shampoo on a microfiber cloth.
Use a Scratch Kit
The scratch kit from the eye doctor will temporarily fill the scratches.
Apply car wax with a soft cloth and rub it on your lenses, then, wash it off well.
Water and Baking Soda
Prepare a paste of 1 teaspoon of water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. With a microfiber cloth clean the eyeglasses, cover the lens with the paste and rub them. Then, wash it off well.
Water and Soap
Prepare a solution of soap and water with and apply it with a microfiber cloth on the lens. To this texture, you can also add baking soda.
Use alcohol with some gentle abrasive such as microfiber rag or baking soda to clean the lenses and eliminate the scratches.
Mix baking soda with white vinegar and wait until it stops foaming. This mixture can eliminate the scratches.
