GAME OF THRONES fans could get the chance to star in the highly-anticipated final season and now Emilia Clarke – who plays Daenerys Targaryen – could have revealed a big spoiler while promoting the exciting competition.
Emilia, 31, has been a central cast member in Game of Thrones since season one.
With many thinking her character, Daenerys, will end up on the Iron Throne, all eyes are on the actress for potential clues.
While promoting a competition for Omaze, where fans can visit the HBO set during filming, she may have hinted at a big spoiler – or have poked fun at one.
Speaking to a camera, Emilia was dressed up in Daenerys’ season eight costume and started: “Hey guys, Emilia Clarke here. Khaleesi. M.O.D. Mother of Dragons.
“Just a gentle reminder, that you have got an opportunity at your fingertips – your keyboarded fingertips – to come join me on the set of Game of Thrones, the final season.”
She continued by giving the charity’s web address (found here) and added how the link is also in her Instagram bio.
Emilia added: “It’s so easy to come and join me right here in Belfast.”
Standing up she said: “And it could get freaky…”
“It’s my collage,” she joked, pointing to a collection of Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa) pictures which were positioned at the top of her trailer.
And in the caption alongside the post to her followers, Emilia added: “Ok people….I literally can’t wait for you to come join me here in Belfast!!
“There might be some knee-bending required, (standard- contractual obligation when in the company of dragons..) but that’s just a minor detail and I promise you it will be SO WORTH IT.
“Just click that link in my bio to enter or go to omaze.com/got.
“Every donation supports the unbelievably fabulous important and exceptional work of RCN Foundation! #bendingthekneeneverlookedsoeasy #lastseasonbaby.”
This comes as a director has spilled all on a sex scene between Daenerys and Jon Snow (Kit Harington).
With the lovebirds seemingly unaware they are related, the season seven finale saw Daenerys and Jon in a passionate embrace.
Now Game of thrones director, Jeremy Podeswa, has opened up on the scene.
He told Singapore’s The New Paper: “They are all amazing actors, and they really genuinely like each other, which makes it great to work together.
“Kit and Emilia have natural chemistry.
“Filming their first sex scene together could have been awkward, but they are such good friends it all went smoothly.
“Of course there were some awkward giggles.
“But we sat down and choreographed and discussed the scene before to make sure everyone was comfortable, so it was quick and easy.”
